Over the last decade, Daily Thermetrics has successfully applied VE Technology® under license to solve one of the process industry’s toughest problems: thermowells and sample probes that do not meet ASME PTC 19.3 TW requirements. By eliminating vibration-induced fatigue, VE Technology® delivers durability as well as accurate temperature measurement and correct sample representation, even in the most demanding high-velocity conditions.
By bringing this IP fully in-house, we have finally unified the technology's deep validation pedigree—built on our years of extensive global supply and backed by third-party testing and advanced CFD modeling—with our in-house engineering expertise and global technical sales team.
Notably, this acquisition allows us to offer clients solutions beyond conventional thermowell and temperature measurement technologies. We can now directly supply the primary interface for gas analysis to ensure your sample conditioning systems (SCS) consistently receive an accurate and representative sample. By integrating VE Technology® and leveraging our in-house engineering and manufacturing expertise, we guarantee dependable sample quality for optimal process performance.
